Where does Reminder HQ send texts?
US and Canada numbers only (E.164). You verify your phone before reminder texts go out.
How do I stop or pause messages?
Reply Not now to pause one reminder, or STOP to opt that phone out of every reminder text. HELP lists the replies. Older shortcuts like OFF still pause one reminder. Household recipients only opt themselves out.
What’s on the Free plan?
Free includes 5 active reminders and 30 SMS per month. Paid is $9.99/month for 50 reminders. Household is $19.99/month for up to 4 phones you can assign reminders to.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your dashboard. See our refund policy for details.
Will you spam me?
No. We only text for schedules you create, plus follow-ups you configure. Frequency matches your reminders—not a marketing list.
