Privacy Policy

Reminder HQ is a product of Free Range Apps. This policy explains what we collect to run the service and how we use it.

We store your email, name, phone number, reminder rules, preference settings, billing plan status, and SMS delivery events so we can send and process reminder texts. Account and app data are stored in Supabase. Phone numbers are stored in E.164 format for US and Canada numbers.

We send SMS through MailerSend. By saving a phone number you consent to receive reminder texts for tasks you create. Message frequency depends on your schedules and follow-up settings. Reply STOP to opt out of all reminder texts, HELP for instructions, or OFF to pause a single reminder. Carrier message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is separate from any product analytics described below.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers on your profile so we can sync plan limits. We do not store full payment card numbers on Reminder HQ servers.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated page traffic and Web Vitals. These are first-party measurements used to understand whether the site is working well; they are not used to sell ads.

We use Sentry to capture application errors and related diagnostic data (such as stack traces, approximate browser/device context, and the page where a failure occurred) so we can fix bugs. We scrub obvious phone numbers and email addresses from events where practical. Error data is retained according to our Sentry project settings and only as needed to operate and improve the service.

If you send feedback through the app or Support page, we store your message, category, optional contact email, and related metadata (such as the page you were on) so we can respond. Bug and idea reports may also create a scrubbed GitHub issue that omits your email, phone number, and account id. You can also email support@freerangeapps.com.

We do not sell your phone number or personal information. You can update or clear your phone number and delete reminders in the dashboard. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, email support@freerangeapps.com.

We retain account and delivery records as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. After deletion requests we remove or anonymize personal data except where retention is required.
