Terms of Service

Reminder HQ is a personal reminder service from Free Range Apps. It sends SMS messages to the US or Canada number you provide for tasks you create. Delivery depends on our SMS provider (MailerSend), your carrier, and our scheduled send job.

You are responsible for the reminders you create and for keeping your phone number accurate. By saving a phone number you consent to receive Reminder HQ SMS for those reminders. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further reminder texts. Reply HELP for command instructions.

Free accounts include limited active reminders and monthly SMS. Paid subscriptions are $9.99/month and unlock higher limits as shown on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel a Paid subscription through the billing portal in your dashboard. Fees already charged are handled under our refund policy.

You may not use Reminder HQ for unlawful messages, harassment, spam, or anything that violates carrier or SMS provider rules. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or create excessive load.

The service is provided as-is, without a guarantee that every reminder will arrive at a specific minute. Use it as a household aid, not as the only record of time-critical or safety-critical obligations.
